Apostle L. V. Burns-Conwell
LaToya V. Burns-Conwell, born on December 23, 1980, first - gave her life to the Lord at the age of 4. She knew, even at an early age, that God was calling her to greatness in ministry - but she had no idea, what.
At an early age, she was able to see things in the Spirit realm, and with guidance from her parents and her god-father, Pastor Elder Pearlie Gause, she began to learn exactly what she was seeing. She knew at an early age that God was going to use her to lead and assist the people of God, but she just didn't know exactly how.
At the age of 25, after seeking God for direction and purpose for her life, the Lord revealed to her that she would be on a platform, teaching people about growing in Him and learning their OWN purpose in the Kingdom of God. After much prayer and fasting, it became clear to her that she was to go into ministry.
On June 21, 2009, LaToya gave her initial sermon. She was then ordained a minister of the gospel, under Apostle Quinton Hurdle - founder and leader of Independent Fellowship Ministries, based in Norfolk, VA.
After going through a major storm in her life, Minister L. V. Burns had a dream about her position in the Kingdom. As clear as you can hear the breeze, she heard, "Spiritual Warfare". God began to show her that the things she went through were to prepare her for the start of the ministry He had birthed in her. He told her that there were going to be a few more storms to strengthen her for every level in the ministry he had set for her.
The Holy Spirit gave her the name, Christian Warriors United. After seeking direction on the layout for the ministry - the official name, became Christian Warriors United Ministries, as there are many parts of this ministry. Christian Warriors United Ministries (affectionately known as CWUM - pronounced as Cee-Wum) was birthed on February 19, 2010 – under the direction of the Holy Spirit.
CWUM is a ministry for all Christians, seeking a closer walk with God. This ministry is designed to cater to the needs of the believers both spiritually and naturally – as led by the Holy Spirit.
After being in the ministry for a few years, the Lord elevated Minister LaToya Burns-Conwell, to Elder. Thus, on January 10, 2016, Minister Burns-Conwell, became - officially, Ordained and Licensed Elder LaToya Burns-Conwell. She was ordained by her pastors, Apostle Sorento B. & Chief Apostle Diane V. Burns, Sr., and Presiding Bishop & Chief Apostle - Dr. Stephen D. Gaines of End-time Living Waters Ministries Int'l. After a few years in service, Elder Burns-Conwell had an encounter with the Lord. In her vision, the Lord spoke to her and told her that he was endowing her with an apostolic anointing. In her worship, after receiving this word, she began to cry tears of oil - yes, actual oil. This was the confirmation that she needed. Although she shared it with Apostle Diane Burns, she did not share it with anyone else, for concern that she would not seem worthy.
But, we know - as God would have it, several trusted people in ministry began to approach her and tell her of the dreams, visions, and Word of Knowledge that they've received - about her being an Apostle.
A few years later, on December 18th, 2021 - Elder L. V. Burns-Conwell was ordained an Apostle, under Chief Apostle Diane Burns (Diane Burns Ministries) and Chief Apostle - Dr. Stephen Gaines (End-Time Living Waters Ministries & Sure Foundation Ministries).

CWUM is NOT a traditional ministry, YET, it is biblically based and Holy Spirit-led.
